The primary responsibility of the Board of Trustees is the governance of ISL – to establish policies that define the school’s organizational purpose; to ensure fiduciary responsibility and accountability; and to raise funds and public awareness in support of the institution. The ISL Board of Trustees functions as the school board of the school; however, day-to-day operation of the school is the responsibility of the school principal.

The 2025-2026 Budget was adopted at the annual Board Retreat on August 16, 2025.
