Visit and Volunteer
Visitor Screening Process
For the safety of our students and our campuses, ISL has processes and procedures in place for Visitors and Volunteers.
All ISL campus visitors MUST be screened through the National Registry of Sex Offenders.
If you chose to OPT OUT, when re-registration was sent in the spring and would like to change your response to “OPT IN” or if you are not a parent/guardian but need visitor approval, please fill out our Visitor Screening Form by clicking the link below.

Chaperone Volunteer at ISL
A chaperone volunteer at ISL is someone who is entrusted to supervise a student or group of students (not their own child), whether on field experiences, in the classroom, or on campus.
Chaperone volunteers must go through the Mandated Reporter Training and successfully pass a background check in order to be approved.
Step one of the Chaperone Volunteer Application process is to complete the Mandatory Reporter Training. Once your Certificate of Completion is received by ISL's Community Engagement Facilitator, you will automatically begin the application process and you will be contacted with additional information and steps to complete.
